Real Cause of
High Blood Pressure
It is time to take an honest look at the
real cause of high blood pressure and heart
disease so you know what has happened with your body. It took a
long time for you to get to this point because your body is
very resilient and has tried to keep itself healthy. However,
you can only starve the circulatory system of the necessary
nutrients it needs to remain healthy for so long. Once you have
been diagnosed with high blood pressure or heart disease, you
must supply the nutrients the arteries need to rebuild
themselves in large doses. Don't let any one tell you this is
not reversible because that is nothing but bs as I am about to
tell you.
I want to first give you some information about
what the modern medical establishment of today thinks is the
cause of high blood pressure. If nothing else it will at least
give you a little education about one of the biggest health
frauds ever perpetuated on the American people.
One cause of high blood pressure
is thought to include genetic factors that affect the
renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. This system helps to
regulate blood pressure by controlling salt balance and
the elasticity of the arteries. The chromosomes and
genes have not been identified of course, even though they have
completed the mapping of the human genome. They say genetic
factors are responsible for 30% of the high blood pressure
cases in America.
They have theorized that people that have a
diet high in salt are more prone to high blood pressure. These
people are consuming over 5.8 grams a day of salt which is 2.32
ounces, a little over a 1/4 cup a day! Come on, who in the
world consumes 1/4 cup of salt a day? Granted most of our foods
are loaded with salt but a 1/4 cup, 338.72 ounces a year or
21.17 pounds. The average American consumes 7 pounds of sugar a
year but 21 lbs of salt? I don't think so!
Modern Medical Clues to The Cause of
High Blood Pressure
The biggest cause of high blood pressure
according to modern medicine seems to be an abnormality of
the arteries. These people seem to have an increased stiffness
or lack of elasticity in the tiny arteries that are most
distant from the heart called arterioles. The
arterioles supply oxygen-containing blood and nutrients to all
of the tissues of the body. The arterioles are connected by
capillaries in the tissues to the venous system or the veins,
which return the blood to the heart and lungs. Yet, this
increased peripheral arteriolar stiffness is present in those
individuals whose essential hypertension is associated with
genetic factors, obesity, lack of exercise, overuse of salt,
and aging. Modern medicine has the nerve to say
that what makes the peripheral arteries become stiff is
not known.
There it is, the cause of high blood
pressure and heart disease. The stiffness of the
arterioles where the arteries deposit the nutrients from the
blood, cross over to the veins, and head back to the heart.
Healthy arteries, capillaries, and arterioles stretch with the
beating of the heart as it pumps blood throughout your body,
they are elastic. This elasticity relieves the
pressure so you do not have high blood pressure. When they do
not stretch the heart forces the blood thru these microscopic
arteries which raises your blood pressure.
Why are healthy arteries elastic? What are they
made of that allows them to stretch, like your skin that
stretches and moves with the movement of the muscles and
skeleton?
The answer is......Collagen
Collagen is the largest protein source found in
the body and makes up 95% of the structure of the circulatory
system. It also is a major part of the skin and all other
organs in the body.
Collagen is what allows the arteries, skin,
heart, muscles, etc, to stretch. It is why you can blink your
eyelids and they are not stiff and stuck open. It is why the
skin stretches when a women is pregnant to allow room for a
growing baby. It is a part of the connective tissues, ligaments
and tendons. It is part of the cartilage that makes your nose
stiff yet movable along with your joints where your bones comes
together. It is literally the glue that holds the body
together, if it is not skeletal in nature, it is made from or
partially from collagen. Although, collagen is a small
component of bone.
The body needs specific nutrients everyday to
be able to produce collagen and replace old arterial cells. All
the cells in the body will replace themselves within 7 years or
so if it has the nutrients it needs to do so. Thousands of
cells are replaced everyday, weekly, monthly, yearly, and
bone takes the longest.
The cause of high blood pressure and heart
disease is quite simple. Heart disease and high blood pressure
is caused by the lack of nutrients that the body uses to make
collagen. Your body is simply suffering from a
nutritional deficiency and it is unable to replace and
repair the cells in the circulatory system.
The good news, the cause of high blood
pressure is 110% reversible with a natural cure if the
damage has not progressed to far. Even if it has, there
are still ways to lower your blood pressure naturally.
