Cause of High
Cholesterol
What Your Doctor Won't
Tell You Or Doesn't Know
The real cause of high
cholesterol is not what you think it is as your about
to find out. If you have read any of the other pages on this
website, you have learned what some of the contributing factors
are, but not the True cause.
You have discovered that trans fats from
vegetable oils give the liver what it needs to produce
cholesterol. You have discovered that animal fats also are a
contributing factor and can raise your levels. Let us not
forget excessive sugar also raises triglyceride levels and the
liver can use that to produce cholesterol. Stress, coffee
drinking, smoking, alcohol, and excess body weight also
contribute to higher cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
Dietary cholesterol is a slight contributor but
only accounts for 15% of the cholesterol in our bodies and most
of that is disposed of thru the bowel. This cause of high
cholesterol is really insignificant when you think about
it.
Mycotoxins in Foods Can Cause
High Cholesterol
Mycotoxins in foods can be another cause you
will never hear about. Mycotoxins are produced from molds that
can grow on grains while they are in the silo. The grain is
then washed and processed into so called foods. The mycotoxins
can still be there within the grain that the mold injected with
this poison. The worst of moldy grains are commonly used to
make beer or are used as animal feed.
A.V. Constantini M.D.(WHO) spent 18 years of
his life researching fungi and mycotoxins in foods. He wrote a
book called Fungalbionics 1994, you will never find it, it
wasn't received well in the USA. He states: "There is a known
cause of atherosclerosis and that cause is fungi and their
mycotoxins." He states that there is indeed a link between the
foods we eat contaminated with fungi and mycotoxins.
Cholesterol is a binder of mycotoxins in the
blood stream making them harmless and is an immune system
response to a foreign invader. Cholesterol binds the mycotoxin
or wraps it to put it simply, and this makes the mycotoxin
harmless to the body. So the cure would be to remove the
mycotoxins and stop eating the foods that they are in,
processed grains.
Another Cause Of High
Cholesterol is Caused By a Deficiency in The
Nutrients That Build The Circulatory System
Right now you are probably thinking yeah right!
If it was that simple then my doctor would simply tell me so.
Would he or she really do that?
Think about this for a minute....
A doctor can treat you for high cholesterol for
years. Followed by the coming high blood pressure, and then
full blown heart disease, and eventual surgery, as your
arteries get plugged up and your life is threatened
repeatedly. He/she will make thousands of dollars off
of you and your insurance company. They will make even
more in drug company kick-backs for promoting the statin drugs
and putting you on them for life. Why in the world would they
want to tell you to take something that costs a measly few
dollars a day and it will solve the problem? Think about
it! It is just not economically feasible for them to do so is
it? Some of them would be out of a job.
All the cells in your body will replace
themselves in about 7 years, if, the body has the nutrients it
needs to do so. Soft tissue cells will replace themselves much
sooner, from months to a couple years. Your body is constantly
rebuilding itself and if it gets the nutrients it needs, the
new tissues are just that, new, and free from disease.
The main cause of high cholesterol is found in
the structure of the arterial walls. They are made from
collagen, which is the largest protein source in the body. All
your soft tissues and organs are composed mostly of collagen.
It is the glue that holds you together, and if it is not bone,
it is made mostly from collagen.
Collagen allows the arterial walls to stretch
with the beating of the heart muscle. When the collagen becomes
old, and the body does not have the nutrients it needs to
replace and make new collagen to be used in the arterial walls,
the arteries become hard or crack. Hardness leads to high
blood pressure, cracks cause internal bleeding.
The arterial cells then ask for ldl
cholesterol with high lipoprotein content to patch the cracks
with plaque in the arterial wall to keep you from bleeding to
death. It is a defense mechanism, and your body is doing
exactly what it needs to do to keep you alive.
If this problem is not addressed, the
cholesterol builds to the point it begins to restrict the
passages in the arteries. You now not only have high
cholesterol, but you also have high blood pressure. You will
now be diagnosed as having full-blown heart disease.
In the case of high blood pressure without high
cholesterol. The arteries have become hard, and have not
cracked quite yet. You are probably getting just enough
nutrients to produce just enough collagen to prevent the cracks
from forming. But the arteries have lost there
elasticity and do not stretch with the beating of the heart
muscle to relieve the pressure. The result is of course high
blood pressure.
This is the cause of high cholesterol and high
blood pressure and science knows this. But with today's medical
paradigm, it is not economically feasible to tell you about it.
Of course I suspect, and would want to believe that maybe, a
lot of doctors don't know about what is the real cause of high
cholesterol. But more importantly at this point right now,
you do.
Use this information and the natural cures
wisely, before it is possibly to late.
